Tuition
With the exception of drop-in, ‘10 card’, Master Classes, or other special sessions, enrollment in a class is a commitment for the full term, September to June. This is to ensure class availability for students planning to study for the entire year and participate in the end of year performances.
The number of classes may vary per month, however tuition is based on an annual rate and payment for the term is divided into 10 equal monthly payments from September through June for your convenience.
Tuition is due by the first week of each month.
Payment Options:
1) Thru your personal customer portal via credit/debit card or e-check.
2) Ask us about "automatic monthly payments". We can set up your account, upon request, to charge your credit/debit card or checking account. Accounts are processed the 1st working day of the month and generates an email receipt.
3) Checks should be mailed to 50 San Remo Drive, South Burlington, VT 05403. You may also leave payment with the receptionist, or use the lock box at the front desk.
4) Middlebury families who choose not to pay on-line, or automatic monthly payments, mail payment to 50 San Remo Drive, So Burlington, VT 05403.
Statement reminders will be e-mailed to accounts not set up for automatic debit. At the end of each month, accounts with an outstanding balance will receive an automatic $10.00 late fee. Returned checks result in a $20.00 bank service fee. Failed e-check transactions result in a $3.00 merchant service fee. Costumes will not be distributed to accounts with an outstanding balance.

Registration: Ensures placement in your chosen class(s) for the season. $15.00 per student, when paid before Sept 12, 2011 - $20.00 after that date. (maximum $40.00 per family)

Scholarships: A limited number of partial scholarships are available to students in need. Please contact the office for an application.
Private Lessons: Subject to availability, Private lessons may be arranged with individual instructors. Please contact the Studio with your request.
Recitals
A spring performance is held at the end of the dance season in early June each year in both Middlebury and Burlington. Nominal admission is charged to cover recital expenses. Costumes are required and run approximately $40 - $50 each (teen and adult costumes may be slightly higher). A deposit of $25.00 per costume will be required with your January payment. The balance is due in full with the April payment. There will be no refund for costumes after they are ordered. Videos and flash photography is prohibited at the recital because of the danger to performers. Recitals will be professionally videotaped and available for purchase. Flash photography and videos may be taken at dress rehearsals as the lighting used at rehearsals mitigates the danger to dancers.
