Enhanced Concentration & Coordination
We believe that anyone can benefit from practicing disciplines whcih demand a combination of physical and mental training. To us, martial arts, team or individual sports, music, dance, and theater are all in the same category. All assist in the development of self-decipline, respect for others, goal setting, appreciation for the learning process and self-confidence. Key components of a happy fulfilling life.
New Friends, Lots of Fun
After a day at school or work, our students often come to class needing a respite from the demands of the day's routine. All through the ages, dance has provided a way to connect socially, laugh, and have a great time.
Improved Fitness and Health
Developing a habit of physical activity at an early age can help prevent health problems associated with inactivity as children move to their teen and adult years. Also, many adults find dance to be a more sustainable exercise activity than alternatives. Simply put, DANCE IS FUN!
Qualified, Nurturing Staff
